SubroSmart, an international subrogation management company, is pleased to announce that Tiana Schowe, CPCU, has joined as a Director. Tiana brings nearly two decades of insurance industry experience to SubroSmart.
“When I met Tiana, it was clear that she would make a great addition to our team. Her experience, optimism, and energy drives her passion for success. That enthusiasm is directly in line with our goal of changing the landscape of how our product is executed in the marketplace,” said Gregory M. Zarin, president and co-founder of SubroSmart.
Tiana will be focused on expanding SubroSmart’s partnership with domestic carriers and building upon its technology driven subrogation platform that dramatically improves how subrogation is managed and communicated to its clients.
“In an industry where every dollar matters, I was immediately drawn to SubroSmart’s dedication to bringing value to their clients in everything they do,” commented Tiana Schowe. “We shared a common goal of introducing innovation and improving performance by thinking outside of the box. Working as partners, we will introduce unparalleled improvements to our clients’ recovery performance and data analysis versus historical practices and reporting.” Tiana further noted: “In my prior roles, whether it was as an executive at a leading InsurTech, or as an underwriter and c-suite consultant, my passion has always been working with great people that want to raise the bar. SubroSmart delivers a unique service that impacts nearly all facets of insurance product performance and I firmly believe that its advanced tech platform, senior level expertise, and hunger to be an industry leader is a game-changer. I am thrilled to be a part of the team.”
