SubroSmart Expands Operations In British Columbia with Sean Foote

In October 2024, SubroSmart welcomed Sean Foote to SubroSmart as Director in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. In his role, Sean opened SubroSmart’s British Columbia office in Victoria and will work closely with SubroSmart’s team in Canada.

Sean manages subrogated claims in matters involving property damage, construction deficiencies, automobile and product liability claims. Prior to joining SubroSmart, Sean practiced law at established firms in Vancouver and Victoria and has represented hundreds of subrogated clients and numerous domestic and foreign insurance carriers before provincial and supreme courts in British Columbia, the Court of the King’s Bench of Alberta, the Court of the King’s Bench of Saskatchewan and the Court of the King’s Bench of Manitoba. Sean been published in The Advocate, and Oregon and Washington State Bar newsletters on the enforcement of foreign money judgments in Canada.
