In February 2022, SubroSmart created a Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion Committee with the primary objective of exploring the many dimensions and benefits of a multicultural environment. More than 70% of SubroSmart’s employees are participating in the DE&I Committee. It its inaugural year, the committee will be led by Judith Campoya as Chairperson, Shay Fleming and Wendi Wheeler will serve as Vice Chairs, Allison Hinkle will serve as Treasurer, and George Gager as Honorary Officer.
Diversity has been a founding principal of SubroSmart since it was formed nearly a decade ago. Diversity encompasses a wide range of exceptional characteristics and experiences, including people of different socioeconomic backgrounds, races, genders, origins, ages, religious, orientations and disabilities. This initiative was founded to ensure that SubroSmart maintains a diverse workplace and helps the industry improve its promotion of the best professionals from a wide range of backgrounds.
